Terms & Conditions for English Lessons

1. Subscription & Lesson Validity

• Subscription plans (Casual Learner & Confident Speaker) are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Unused sessions will not roll over to the next month and are non-refundable.
• Students must schedule their lessons in advance within the subscription period.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 10 minutes before the scheduled lesson.
• If a student does not show up within 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the lesson will be considered canceled with no refund or rescheduling option.
• If the instructor needs to cancel a session, a reschedule option will be provided.

3. Conduct & Participation

• Students must attend lessons in a respectful and appropriate manner.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in lesson termination without a refund.
• A stable internet connection is required for online lessons. Repeated technical issues on the student’s side may result in loss of the session.

4. Refund Policy

• Subscription and lesson purchases are non-refundable.
• In exceptional cases, refunds or rescheduling may be considered at the instructor’s discretion.

5. Lesson Content & Recording

• Lessons are interactive and customized to the student’s learning goals.
• Recording of lessons is not permitted unless agreed upon by both parties.
